Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the PlayLottoGlobal website, apps, and services ("Services"), operated by Play Lotto Global ("PlayLottoGlobal," "we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account, using the Services, or making a purchase, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree, you must not use the Services. We may modify these Terms from time to time; material changes will be posted here with a revised effective date and, where required, notified to you. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

You may use the Services only if:

• You are at least 18 years old (or the higher legal age of majority or gambling age in your jurisdiction);
• You are legally permitted to participate in online lottery and lottery-betting services in your location;
• You are not located or resident in a Prohibited Territory (see Section 3);
• You provide accurate, complete, and current registration information and keep it up to date;
• You are acting for yourself and not on behalf of any undisclosed third party.

We may verify your identity, age, and location and may suspend, restrict, or close accounts that do not meet these requirements or that we are required to restrict by law.

The Services are not offered to persons located or resident in the United States, and access from a U.S. IP address is blocked. We also do not offer the Services where doing so would be unlawful, and we may block, restrict, or decline registration or play from any country or region for legal or licensing reasons (collectively, "Prohibited Territories"). It is your responsibility to ensure that your use of the Services is lawful where you are located. Using a VPN or other means to disguise your location is prohibited and may result in closure of your account and forfeiture of funds as permitted by law.

PlayLottoGlobal is a technology platform that lets you participate in lottery draws operated by official, licensed lottery operators. We are not a lottery operator and we do not run the underlying lotteries. We act through a regulated business-to-business supplier, which fulfils each entry in one of two ways, selected to manage prize risk:

• Ticket purchasing (courier): a physical or official ticket is purchased on your behalf through licensed channels in the lottery's home jurisdiction; or
• Prize insurance (lottery betting): instead of a ticket, your entry is matched against the official draw under an insured arrangement that pays the same prize tiers as the official lottery.

In both cases you are entitled to the prize amounts corresponding to the official winning numbers for the relevant draw, subject to these Terms, the rules of the applicable lottery, the terms of the relevant insurance/supplier arrangement, and applicable law. Where an entry is fulfilled by prize insurance, your prize is paid under that arrangement and you are not the holder of an official lottery ticket. We will tell you which lotteries and entry types are available to you at the time of purchase.

To comply with our legal obligations and those of our suppliers, we operate "know your customer" (KYC), anti-money-laundering (AML), counter-terrorist-financing, and sanctions controls. You agree to provide government-issued identification, proof of address, source-of- funds information, and other documents we reasonably request, and you authorise us to verify them with third parties. We may suspend or refuse transactions, freeze balances, and report to authorities where required, including if we cannot verify you, if you appear on a sanctions list, or if we suspect fraud or unlawful activity.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. One account per person; accounts are non-transferable. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or suspected breach.

All prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout. You authorise us (and our payment providers) to charge your selected payment method for the full amount of your purchase, including applicable fees and taxes. You warrant that you are the lawful holder of the payment method used.

Once an entry has been submitted for a draw it is generally final and non-refundable, because it is irrevocably placed with the supplier or lottery. Limited exceptions apply only where the specific game permits cancellation, or where an entry could not be fulfilled (in which case the stake is refunded). Other refunds, if any, are at our discretion and in accordance with applicable law.

Winnings are credited to your account wallet. Larger prizes may require additional verification (identity, source of funds, tax information) and may be paid in instalments or via the official operator's process where applicable. Payouts are subject to the rules of the applicable lottery, the relevant insurance/supplier arrangement, our verification checks, and any withholding or taxes required by law.

We are not liable for delays, losses, or disputes arising from the actions of lottery operators, suppliers, insurers, payment providers, government authorities, or force-majeure events outside our reasonable control.

You are responsible for any taxes that apply to your winnings in your country of residence. Some lotteries withhold tax at source under their local law before a prize is released, and prize amounts may be quoted net of such tax or as a cash-value option. We do not provide tax advice — please consult a qualified tax professional about your situation.

We are committed to safer play. Participation is strictly 18+ (or higher where required). You can request tools to help you stay in control, including deposit or spend limits, time-outs, and self-exclusion; contact support to set these up. We may also apply limits, request documentation, or close an account where we have responsible-gambling concerns.

Please play responsibly and only with money you can afford to lose. Gambling is entertainment, not a way to make money or solve financial problems.

If your account is inactive for an extended period we may notify you and, as permitted by law, apply a dormancy administration fee or deal with unclaimed balances and prizes in accordance with applicable regulations. We will always try to return funds to a verified account holder first.

You may participate in our affiliate program subject to the separate Affiliate Terms. Affiliates are independent contractors, not employees or agents of PlayLottoGlobal, and must comply with all applicable laws and advertising/responsible-gambling standards. Affiliate earnings derive solely from genuine player activity; we may withhold or reclaim commissions and terminate affiliate accounts for fraud, spam, or breach.

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for illegal purposes or in violation of local laws;
• Use the Services from, or on behalf of anyone in, a Prohibited Territory, or disguise your location;
• Create multiple accounts, or abuse promotions, bonuses, or referrals;
• Use bots, scripts, or automated systems to interact with the Services;
• Attempt to access, disrupt, or interfere with our systems or other users' accounts;
• Provide false or misleading information; or
• Engage in fraud, money laundering, or other financial crime.

All content, trademarks, logos, software, and materials on the Services are owned by or licensed to PlayLottoGlobal and protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded (including for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence). Subject to that, and to the fullest extent permitted by law, PlayLottoGlobal and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Services.

Subject to the paragraph above, our total liability for any claim arising from the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PlayLottoGlobal from any claims, damages, liabilities, and reasonable expenses arising out of your breach of these Terms, your unlawful use of the Services, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

If you have a complaint, please contact us first at the address below; we aim to resolve complaints fairly and promptly. Where your local law provides access to an alternative dispute-resolution body or ombudsman for gambling or consumer matters, that route remains available to you, and nothing in these Terms removes any mandatory consumer rights or requires you to give up the protection of the law of your country of residence.

We may suspend or terminate your account and access to the Services where you breach these Terms, where required by law or our suppliers, or to protect the Services or other users. We will return any verified, withdrawable balance to you except where we are entitled to withhold it (for example, for fraud or unlawful activity). On termination, your right to use the Services ceases.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Curaçao, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. This does not deprive you of the mandatory consumer protections of the country in which you are resident. Disputes will be subject to the courts of Curaçao, save that you may also bring proceedings in, and rely on the mandatory laws of, your country of residence where the law so permits.
