Affiliate Terms

These Affiliate Terms ("Affiliate Terms") govern your participation in the PlayLottoGlobal affiliate program (the "Program"), operated by Play Lotto Global ("PlayLottoGlobal," "we," "us," or "our"). They form part of, and incorporate by reference, our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. By enrolling as an affiliate you agree to be bound by them.

You may participate only if:

• You are at least 18 years old (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction);
• You are legally permitted to promote online lottery and gaming services where you operate and where you direct your promotion;
• You are not located in, and will not target, any jurisdiction where the promotion of such services is prohibited (including the United States — see our Terms of Service);
• You provide accurate registration, payout, and (where required) tax information.

You are an independent contractor. Nothing in these Affiliate Terms creates an employment, agency, partnership, or joint-venture relationship. You have no authority to bind us, to make representations on our behalf, or to incur any obligation in our name. You are solely responsible for your own costs, equipment, and the lawful operation of your promotional channels.

Subject to these Affiliate Terms, you may earn:

• a commission on the net ticket revenue generated by players you directly refer; and
• tiered royalties on the net ticket revenue generated by players referred by sub-affiliates whom you introduced, up to two levels deep.

Current rates are published on the affiliate sign-up page and may be updated prospectively. All amounts are earned exclusively from genuine net ticket revenue actually received by us from referred players. For the avoidance of doubt:

• There is no fee to join the Program and no purchase or stake is ever required of you to qualify for or maintain earnings;
• You are not paid for recruiting other affiliates, for sign-ups alone, or for any activity other than real, paid play by referred players;
• Royalties on sub-affiliates' players are a share of that play and are never a reward for recruitment headcount.

Commissions and royalties are calculated on net revenue (gross stakes less prizes, refunds, supplier costs, chargebacks, bonuses, and applicable taxes/fees) and accrue only once the corresponding player payment has cleared and is no longer reversible.

Earnings become payable once your balance reaches the published minimum and any verification we require is complete. We may withhold or delay a payout pending fraud, AML, or eligibility checks.

We may reverse, deduct, or claw back any commission or royalty that is later found to derive from a refunded, charged-back, voided, fraudulent, bonus-abused, or self-referred transaction, or from any breach of these Affiliate Terms. Negative balances may be offset against future earnings.

You must, at all times and in every channel:

• Never target or appeal to minors. Do not place promotions on content, platforms, or audiences directed at persons under 18, and state an 18+ requirement;
• Promote play responsibly — include responsible-gambling messaging and never present play as a solution to financial problems, a source of income, or a guaranteed outcome;
• Make no false, misleading, or exaggerated claims — no "guaranteed wins," no fabricated testimonials, no misrepresentation of odds, prizes, or how the service works;
• Clearly disclose your affiliate/material connection where required by law (e.g., FTC and equivalent advertising rules);
• Respect prohibited and restricted territories and applicable advertising codes; do not promote where such promotion is unlawful;
• Send no spam or unsolicited messaging; comply with anti-spam, e-privacy, and data-protection law; obtain all required consents for any data you collect or use;
• Not bid on, impersonate, or misuse our trademarks, domains, or brand (including paid-search brand bidding) except as we expressly permit in writing;
• Use only the marketing assets and referral links we provide, unmodified except as permitted.

You must not:

• Generate referrals or revenue through fraud, bots, incentivized-traffic schemes, cookie-stuffing, click fraud, or self-referral;
• Create multiple or fake accounts, or refer yourself or persons acting on your behalf;
• Engage in any activity that is illegal, deceptive, or that harms players or our reputation.

You are solely responsible for determining, reporting, and paying any taxes due on your earnings. We may require tax documentation before paying you and may withhold where required by law.

Non-public information we share with you (rates, tools, reporting, player data) is confidential and may be used only to operate within the Program. Any licence to use our brand is limited, non-exclusive, revocable, and solely for approved promotion of PlayLottoGlobal; it ends when your participation ends.

We may suspend or terminate your participation, withhold pending amounts, and forfeit unpaid earnings for breach of these Affiliate Terms, fraud, or unlawful or reputationally harmful conduct. Either party may end participation on notice. Accrued, validly earned, non-reversible commissions remain payable on termination except where forfeited for the reasons stated above.

We may update these Affiliate Terms and the Program (including rates) prospectively. Material changes will be posted here with a revised effective date; continued participation constitutes acceptance.

These Affiliate Terms are governed by the laws of Curaçao, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, and are subject to the dispute-resolution provisions of our Terms of Service.
